Holy Name Church recently issued the following announcement.
FESTIVAL FOOD DONATIONS
The Calling Committee is currently calling for FOOD donations and other items needed for the festival dinners and outside food booths. Answering machine message: Please return call from the Calling Committee Volunteer! DELIVERY DATES: 1. Please deliver by May 16 all items used for baking, including butter and margarine, and all nonperishable donations. 2. Please deliver the week of the festival, May 27th thru June 2nd, buns, hot dogs, and fruits (NO BANANAS PLEASE). DELIVERY PLACE: All items are to be delivered weekdays from 8:00AM3:00PM to the OUTSIDE TUNNEL ENTRANCE (school end - YOU MUST PRESS INTERCOM BUTTON TO BE BUZZED IN) and placed on the “Festival Donations” cart (nonperishable items) or cooler (perishable items) inside the tunnel. (For the safety of the school children the church hall and kitchen entrances are locked).
