August 15: This year since the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary falls on a Monday, it is not a holy day of obligation. We will maintain the usual schedule with a 7pm Extraordinary Form Mass. Even though it is not obligatory, it is still a good thing to come to Mass and if you can’t make it to Mass, show the Blessed Mother some extra devotion on her feast day. It’s a great opportunity to start praying the Rosary everyday if you are not already doing that!
