On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Bishop Carroll High School standout Kendall Forbes’ current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota State Mavericks.
The game took place at Gahnstrom Field. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.
The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Gahnstrom Field against Maryville Saints.
