Census Bureau: 80.6% of people in Cambria County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 134,048 citizens living in Cambria County in 2021, 80.6% were old enough to vote, equating to 107,974 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 53,033 were male, constituting 49.1%, and 54,941 were female, making up 50.9%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Cambria County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 79.1%.
