In Cambria County 340 inmates were incarcerated in the fourth quarter of 2022, a 0.6 percent increase over the quarter before, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Logan Jack Pringle and Tamir Nasir Branham, 18-year-olds, were the youngest inmates in Cambria County in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Frank Lescinsky was the oldest at 86-years-old.

Incarceration rates in Pennsylvania have increased dramatically, imprisoning more than seven times the number of people in 2019 than in 1970.
