Confirmation classes are invited to attend one of three Friday afternoon events -- March 4, 11 or 18 -- to meet Bishop Cynthia Moore-Koikoi and learn more about connectional ministries. Hosted by the Conference staff at Dutilh United Methodist Church in Cranberry Twp., the sessions will begin at 1 p.m. with an option for lunch with the Bishop at noon.
Journey 2022 offers an opportunity for local church Confirmation Classes to gather together to meet our Bishop, worship together and dive deeper into this thing we call Discipleship.

• Noon-1 (lunch)
• 1:00-1:20 (Welcome/Worship)
• 1:20- 2:20 (Bishop)
• 2:30- Breakout 1
• 3:00- Breakout 2
• 3:30- 4:30 Interactive game & closing worship
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please have a confirmed number of students and adults in your group when you register. If you are unable to attend after you register your group, or the number of students/adults changes, contact Rev. Alyce Weaver Dunn at the Conference Center.
Sessions will begin at 1 p.m. with an option for lunch with the Bishop at noon. You must register ahead of time for the optional lunch. The day will end at 4:30 p.m. If you choose not to attend the lunch at noon, registration for the event begins at 12:45.
Weather Conditions
In the unlikely event of weather-related cancellations, we will alert leaders of each group via email.
COVID Precautions
We will require masks to be worn at all times during these events. We will monitor the COVID situation and adhere to CDC guidelines. Please note that if we deem it necessary to cancel due to COVID, we will alert leaders of each group.
School Release Forms
For the Friday gatherings, we encourage you to download this School Release form, print it out on church letterhead and send it to the student's school to properly excuse the student from class on the day of the event.
