SCOUTING THE KNIGHTS
After dropping the season opener against St. John's, Fairleigh Dickinson is on a three-game win streak to open the 2020-21 season. Last weekend, FDU beat NJIT in a home and home series by margins of six and 14 points. On Saturday, senior Madison Stanley led the Knights with 22 points, the only FDU player in double figures, shooting 9-of-11 from the floor.
Fairleigh Dickinson was picked fourth in the NEC preseason poll after finishing the 2019-20 campaign at 13-17 overall and an even 9-9 in NEC games. FDU beat Bryant in the first round of the NEC Tournament before the season ended prematurely due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Knights graduated its leading scorer and rebounder from 2019-20, Lauren Francillon, who averaged 12.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Stanley was second on the team in scoring last season as she was the only other FDU player to average double figures at 10.7 ppg.
SERIES HISTORY

The Red Flash outscored the Golden Flashes 12-4 during the remainder of the game as five SFU players contributed points while the defense prevented KSU from getting easy points and open looks.
