Be Fit Pitt powered by the Healthy Lifestyle Institute lunchtime energizer workout led by different leaders from the Be Fit Pitt Team.
Expect 15 minutes of activity designed to re-energize you mid-day! The quick class design will feature: Variety of movements, total body integration, and stretching and centering. Different modes of activity will be included to keep it fresh and fun each day.
No equipment needed to participate. However, we recommend having a chair close by for balance.
Appropriate for all fitness and skill levels, and variations of all exercises will be presented. Seated participation option available along with closed captioning.
