On Friday, Feb. 28, former Richland High School standout Anna Burke’s current college team, the Wagner Seahawks, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
The game took place at U.S. Bank Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.
The Seahawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Rutgers Softball Complex against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
The week beginning Monday, April 27 will showcase these former Cambria County area high school standouts.
