State Rep. James Rigby announced on Apr. 22 that he will host a free concealed carry seminar on May 7 at the Cresson Township Volunteer Fire Company in Cresson from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Rigby said the event is intended to ensure permit holders are informed about their responsibilities, as Pennsylvania has now issued more than 1.6 million concealed carry permits to residents. “The event I’m hosting is merely an attempt to ensure permit holders are aware of their responsibilities,” Rigby said.
