As Vice Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce, Dr. Joyce has been a vital member of our team as we work to unleash our nation’s energy, support the rapid innovation of American industry, and deliver results for patients and their caregivers,” said Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Brett Guthrie (KY-02). “Under Dr. Joyce’s leadership, the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will continue to root out waste, fraud, and abuse while delivering results for the American people.”
