Please note that as of 1/1/2023 a one time burning permit, annually, is required for all recreational fires, in accordance with ordinance number 2022-03. 

The fee for the permit is $10 and the permit will be good through the calendar year (1/1/2023-12/31/2023). The permit application can be downloaded on our website, linked below. 

Applications and checks can be placed in the borough building drop box located in the rear of the building. Please be sure to fill the application out entirely. Permits will be issued via email, unless otherwise specified. 

Printed applications are available by request.
