Dr. Brumberg arrives with over ten years of expertise in noninvasive cardiology, echocardiography, and cardiac imaging. His addition to the staff aims to enhance the heart care services provided by Conemaugh Health System.
Dr. Brumberg’s medical education includes a degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, an internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and a cardiology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He holds board certifications in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, with skills in cardiac imaging, heart failure management, and valvular heart disease.
Previously, Dr. Brumberg practiced at Independence Health System, serving as the ICAEL Medical Director for the Frick Hospital Echocardiography Lab and the ICANL Medical Director for the Frick Hospital Nuclear Cardiology Lab. His expertise covers echocardiography, stress testing, and advanced imaging techniques for structural heart disease diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Brumberg treats conditions including heart attack, heart failure, arrhythmias, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity, thereby enhancing Conemaugh’s capacity to deliver advanced cardiovascular care.
