On Friday, Feb. 28, former Bishop Carroll High School standout Kendall Forbes’ current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Rockhurst Hawks.
The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.
The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1:30 p.m. at Mid-America Sports Complex against Minnesota State Mavericks.
