Amsbry United Methodist Church recently issued the following announcement.

Bearing Witness in the Kin-dom: Living Into the Church’s Moral Witness through Radical Discipleship

This new Mission u Spiritual Growth Study will be offered via Zoom and is open to all.

          WHEN:  Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m. in October (Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27)

          STUDY LEADERS:  Dr. Judith Pierre-Okerson and Joyce Genz  (See bios below).  

          COST:  $10 nonrefundable fee

The study book is written by Darryl W. Stephens, an ordained United Methodist deacon who directs United Methodist studies and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ministry at Lancaster Theological Seminary, and served as assistant general secretary of sexual ethics and advocacy for the General Commission on the Status and Role of Women. 

The class is limited to 40. Registration closes Sep. 24. Use the register link on this page.
