2nd largest nursing home in Cambria County as of Q4 2023

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Arbutus Park Manor stood out as the second largest nursing home in Cambria County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 141 beds available, 36 more than the average in Cambria County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 94.4 residents during that period.

Arbutus Park Manor had an overall rating of 2 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.9 recorded for nursing homes in Pennsylvania.

During the quarter, Maple Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center, LLC stood out as the largest nursing home in Cambria County, with 301 beds available. Hilltop Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center came in third place, with 120 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Arbutus Park Manor has already spent a total of $43,290 in two fines and suffered two penalties.

In total, there were two non-profit nursing homes in Cambria County, Pennsylvania.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
